You are invited to join Certified Holistic Wellness Practitioner Stacey Pickering for a restorative sound bath, including crystal singing bowls, intuitive vocalization & other vibrationally healing instrumentation.

Crystal singing bowls, made of quartz and other gemstones, are used in ceremony, healing, meditation, and various transformative experiences. They produce strong, clear, true tones that resonate deeply in our bodies & energetic systems. The vibrations that ring out from the bowls create clear pathways in us for opening, release, connection, balance & stillness. Their powerful sounds can help us feel grounded, energized, peaceful, uplifted and whole.
