Full Moon Gathering and Sound Ceremony

Join Stacey on the full moon as she leads us through a powerful evening of intuitive movement, vocalization, and deep relaxation using a variety of instruments including drums, singing bowls, a shruti box, chimes, and more. Harness the energy of the full moon and all of the elements to bring out your deepest self, moving, breathing, and vocalizing like only you can.

Participants are always free to move, breathe & vocalize in ways that serve them best in each moment. Invitations will be offered, but more than anything, this is an exercise in listening to & honoring your truth & your needs.

After a period of group movement, breath & sound exploration, participants will be guided to a place of stillness, to enjoy a deeply restorative sound immersion.

Stacey Pickering is a holistic wellness practitioner, musician, sound healer, yogi, meditation guide, group ecotherapy facilitator & performance artist/creative mover.
